Terms & Conditions
All items are sold AS IS - WHERE IS with No warranties or guarantees of any kind. No refunds or returns unless the item/lot specifically includes separate terms.
Lots in this event start closing at 6:00 P.M. on Sunday May 20th, 2018 at a rate of one lot every 2 minutes. Lot closing times will be extended by 3 minutes if a bid is placed within the last few minutes.
There is a 10% Buyer's Premium for this auction which means 10% of the winning bid price will be added to the total at checkout. Please review your bid(s) carefully.
Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information concerning the condition of the items being offered in this auction event.
Payments:
- Invoices will be available in the Bidding section of your Account area after the auction closes and you will also be sent an email notification containing a link to it.
- Payments can be made online with a Credit Or Debit Card or via PayPal. Use the checkout buttons at the top of the invoice to make your secure payment. We do not store or have access to your Credit Card information. A paid receipt will automatically be available as soon as the payment has been made.
- Texas residents will be charged a state sales tax of 8.25% unless a state tax exemption form is provided.
- All payments must be received by 4:00 P.M. Tuesday May 22, 2018.
Shipping
Shipping is available on all lots in this auction. Shipping cost is $10.00 for the first lot and $2.50 for any additional lot(s). for addresses located in the Contiguous United States.
Pickup is also available at no cost. If you plan on picking up your lots in person, select that as your shipping option when paying so you won't be charge for shipping. Buyer must bring a printed paper copy of their "Paid" receipt when picking up in person.

Preview date and time is on Thursday May 17, 2018 between 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.
Pickup date and time is on Wednesday May 23, 2018 between 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
